Sage Communications Awarded U.S. General Services Administration Marketing Support Contract

Washington, D.C. Area Communications Firm Enters Into Multi-Year Agreement to Deliver Integrated Marketing Services to GSA Valued at Up to $20 Million

VIENNA, VA--(Marketwire - January 24, 2011) - Sage Communications, one of the fastest growing full-service marketing communications firms in Greater Washington, D.C. specializing in the government, technology, and healthcare markets, today announced that it has entered into a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) for integrated marketing services in support of the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS). The award, which has a $20 million total potential ceiling value for the marketing support services and advertising/media expenditure, includes a 12-month base period with four option years.

According to the terms of the contract, Sage will develop and implement integrated communications strategies and programs to promote GSA's value and offerings among agency customers and industry partners. This includes, but is not limited to, media planning, traditional and social media outreach, design services, event management support, market research and analysis, and creative campaign development and execution. GSA BPA contracts support the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act to reduce the administrative costs of acquiring commercial items and services.
