SAGE Dining Services® Appoints New Chief Operating Officer

Rapid Growth Leads to New and Expanded Leadership Roles

LUTHERVILLE, MD--(Marketwired - September 30, 2013) - SAGE Dining Services®, Inc. announced today the promotion of Marcel Gallo to Chief Operating Officer. For the past nine years, Mr. Gallo served as SAGE's Vice President, overseeing the Northeast region. The current appointment expands his oversight to all of North America.

Mr. Gallo is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and dining service industries, serving in back-of-the-house, operations, and executive capacities.

Replacing Gallo as Regional Manager for the Northeast will be Michael Francis, who until recently, was a District Manager for Aramark.
