Sage partners with Beanworks to help Small & Medium Businesses automate their payables workflow

RICHMOND, BC--(Marketwired - Nov 16, 2016) - Sage, the market leader for integrated accounting, payroll and payment systems, has announced a significant partnership with Beanworks, an accounting workflow automation and payments provider based in Canada.

Sage selected Beanworks for its ability to deliver a service that helps businesses streamline their accounts payable (AP) workflow and bring more efficiency and cost savings to Sage customers' financial processes. Beanworks' AP automation delivers an end-to-end integrated solution to automate processing, approval and payment of invoices, providing an immediate effect on efficiency and bottom line. Beanworks' capabilities to handle multiple legal entities simultaneously, as well as its robust workflow and extensive choices for payment options position the solution as a leading AP automation partner.

Over 500 billion invoices enter into accounting workflows each year, and currently just 40 million are converted into a digital format. The remaining invoices are mostly approved and settled manually in paper form, leading to inefficiencies, errors and delays that are costly to businesses. The Sage and Beanworks partnership will help Sage customers take their business accounting efficiency and accuracy to the next level.
