Sage Software Announces New Accountants' Advisory Board

New Thirty Member Board to Chart Future Course for Sage Software Accountants' Network

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - August 29, 2007) - In an effort to better serve the CPA community, Sage Software announced today the formation of an Accountants' Advisory Board for the Sage Software Accountants' Network. The timing of this announcement coincides with the annual Southeastern Accounting Show, today and tomorrow in Atlanta, Ga.

Consisting of thirty CPAs selected from current Accountants' Network membership, the new Advisory Board is tasked with providing insight and future direction for the Accountants' Network. The members of the Advisory Board were chosen based on their experience with small to mid-sized business clients, and will serve a one year term, meeting quarterly to discuss future program direction and developments, as well as serve as a sounding board for current ideas.

The Southeastern Accounting Show, held this year at the Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta, draws more than 1,000 CPAs annually, who attend the event to learn more about trends and technologies impacting the profession. Sage Software will feature live demonstrations this week in booth 201 at the Galleria, showing several of the products from its broad portfolio: Peachtree by Sage Accounting, ACT! by Sage, Sage Accpac, and Sage MAS. Representatives from the Sage Software Accountants Network will also be on hand in the booth to answer questions.
