Sage Software Completes Acquisition of Master Builder From Intuit

IRVINE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 19, 2006 -- Sage Software, a subsidiary of The Sage Group plc, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of the Master Builder product and business from Intuit Inc., (NASDAQ: INTU). The agreement of acquisition was previously announced on May 8, 2006.

Master Builder was introduced in 1980 by Sebastopol, California-based OMware, Inc., which was acquired by Intuit in 2001 and operated as Intuit's Construction Business Solutions from offices in Santa Rosa, California.
