availability of Sage MAS 500 ERP 7.2, the latest version of the company's
award-winning business management solution for mid-market to
small-enterprise businesses. Sage MAS 500 is designed from the ground up
using Microsoft® SQL Server and Visual Studio® technology, giving users
maximum performance, value, and flexibility within a Microsoft computing
environment. Version 7.2 includes full support for Microsoft Vista UAC, new

Sage MAS 500 includes two new modules developed with .NET Technology: the
Business Insights Dashboard and the Data Import Manager. The Business
Insights Dashboard is a browser-based, business intelligence module that
provides single-click access to analytical and collaborative tools. The
application enables users to create a personalized view of up-to-date sales
statistics, key financial data, business metrics, industry news, and
competitive intelligence, which deliver the vital information needed to
better manage a business. Specialized key performance indicators also can
be created by leveraging the Sage MAS 500 Software Development Kit.
The Data Import Manager uses a powerful mapping wizard to preserve data
integrity while enabling businesses to easily import a variety of
transactions into Sage MAS 500. The module is ideal for recurring imports
from external systems and greatly simplifies system upgrades.
