Data synchronization and key ACT! features are available for individual and workgroup use with BlackBerry, Palm OS and Pocket PC handheld devices. Additionally, ACT! Important Note: ACT! for Palm OS does not enforce certain preferences and permissions defined in ACT!, including the "Allow history editing" preference, the "Allow notes editing" preference, the "Delete Records" user permission, and the "Allow editing" field definition. As a result, ACT! for Palm OS users may edit contact history, edit contact notes, delete records, and edit read-only fields and these changes will be reflected in ACT! after the next two-way synchronization.

(1) Certain field data types may not map to ACT! for Palm OS including memo and picture fields.
