Awards Latest in Recent Recognition for Advancements to Sage Master Builder and Sage Timberline Office Product Lines

BEAVERTON, OR--(Marketwire - September 14, 2007) - Sage Software announced today it received five awards from Constructech magazine for its work with customers in using technology to solve business-specific issues and improve productivity.

The awards were presented last month in Chicago as part of Constructech's 2007 Technology Day and Vision Awards.

The award-winning construction companies using Sage Software Construction and Real Estate solutions to achieve success in their business goals include: Coleman-Adams Construction, The Weitz Co., Eastwood Homes, SelectBuild Construction, Inc. and New Urban Builders. New Urban Builders was honored with a coveted "Team Award" along with Sage Software, BuilderMT and Sprint Nextel for its implementation of the companies' integrated solutions. The team award is given to one project team per year that has experienced considerable success using leading-edge technology.

It was the 5th year in a row that Coleman-Adams Construction, Inc., a Lynchburg, Virginia based steel building and commercial contractor, has been recognized for its use of innovative technologies. Four of the awards have used Sage Timberline Office solutions, and the company credits technology with its continual growth since inception in 1971.

"Cutting edge technology, such as the Desktop in Sage Timberline Office, has made daily processes easier and streamlined our operations," said Mark Keeney, IT Manager for Coleman-Adams Construction, Inc.

"Sage continues to impress by providing an environment in which we can easily automate and integrate many of our customized internal processes. In addition, our Project Managers find access to current, relevant information much easier. As Sage Timberline Office adds tools and capabilities, our staff is finding new and innovative ways to improve their work," Keeney said.

"We are honored to be recognized as solving our customers' key business issues and problems, but we are not resting on our laurels," said John Geffel, Sage Software senior vice president and general manager, Construction and Real Estate division. "Fundamental business needs such as winning more jobs and increasing productivity remain constant, but technology does not. It's wonderful to be recognized for having industry-leading technology that enables our customers to reduce overhead and increase profitability."
