Saint-Elie Water, Winner of 2 Superior Taste Awards iTQi 2008!

Boreal Water Collection Inc. Distributor of Saint-Elie Products

MONTREAL--(Marketwire - June 11, 2008) - Boreal Water Collection Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BRWC) as the exclusive distributor of Saint-Elie water and customized products for the United States, is pleased to announce that Les Sources Saint-Elie Inc. has won two Superior Taste Awards 2008 for both its natural spring water and for its sparkling natural spring water.

On May 29, 2008, Sources Saint-Elie Inc. won two prestigious Superior Taste Awards 2008 with 2 stars from The International Taste and Quality Institute (iTQi) from Brussels, Belgium. The official award ceremony took place in Brussels, Belgium.

The resulting international recognition of having received the 2007 iTQi award for the quality and superior taste of its natural spring water, and now receiving the 2008 award for both its natural spring water and its sparkling natural spring water, is a major coup for the company, as the tough judging panel is made up of some of Europe's leading chefs and sommeliers. The blind test centered around five criteria: visual aspect, aroma, taste, texture and overall assessment.
