Adjusted EBITDA is not a measure of liquidity or of performance in accordance with GAAP, and should be viewed as a supplement to and not a substitute for, or superior to, the company's results of operations presented on a GAAP basis such as operating income and net income. In addition, Salem's definition of Adjusted EBITDA is not necessarily comparable to similarly titled measures reported by other companies.
