Salesforce Customers Depend on Jitterbit to Integrate Sales and Service Cloud 2 With Critical Business Applications

RentGrow and Walker Information Demonstrate the Power of Jitterbit to Easily Share Salesforce Data Across Business Applications

OAKLAND, CA--(Marketwire - November 16, 2010) - Jitterbit, the leading provider of powerful, flexible and easy to use application and data integration tools, today highlighted two customers using Jitterbit Enterprise to seamlessly share data between Salesforce and other business applications in the cloud and on-premise.

Salesforce is a recognized business tool for helping companies access and manage customer data -- but easily sharing this data between Salesforce and other business applications has presented a challenge. Jitterbit customers including RentGrow and Walker Information tackle these Salesforce integration issues with Jitterbit Enterprise, allowing them to quickly and easily share data between systems and thereby increase the value from their Salesforce investment.

RentGrow
RentGrow, a provider of online resident screening services for 700,000 property management firms, needed an automated way to integrate Salesforce with their in-house product, TotalScreen. Prior to Jitterbit, RentGrow relied on manual data duplication to keep the two systems synchronized, but this required dedicated resources and resulted in lost time and inaccurate data. RentGrow implemented Jitterbit to automate this process, synchronizing customer data across the two systems, ensuring timely, accurate data for all employees no matter which system they used for their day to day jobs.

"With Jitterbit, I can run the integration projects myself, without involving IT," said Pam Morrison, manager of business analytics for RentGrow. "I can throw any file or database at Jitterbit and it will handle it. As a result, we're looking to grow our use of Jitterbit to automate even more processes. Jitterbit plays a key role in ensuring RentGrow's customer information is accurate and mirrored across our business applications."

Walker Information
Walker Information, a privately held consulting firm specializing in customer strategy, needed to integrate its on-premise Oracle system with its customer facing Salesforce application. Though Walker had been doing web services and web-based development and integration for a long time, they had never worked with Salesforce. Walker needed an integration tool that was easy to manage and could quickly solve its integration challenge.

Today Walker uses Jitterbit to interface between its on-premise customer research and analysis tools and the company's data management application for Salesforce, PowerInsights. This bi-directional integration allows for customer survey data to be instantly synchronized and for clients to work in both systems from the same data. The integration between Salesforce and Oracle helped Walker to land new accounts and create a new service offering for its existing clients.

"Using Jitterbit, we were able to meet our client's objectives, and we feel we definitely won other new clients due to the Salesforce.com integration," said Willie Doyle, VP of application development for Walker Information. "With Jitterbit, it's comforting to know we can solve any challenging ad hoc integration need that arises."
