San Anton Capital Inc. Announces the Closing of its Initial Public Offering

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Nov. 15, 2007) - San Anton Capital Inc. ("San Anton") (TSX VENTURE:TON.P), a Capital Pool Company, is pleased to announce the closing of its initial public offering of 5,270,500 common shares at a price of $0.20 per share for a total amount of $1,054,100.

In accordance with Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange Inc., San Anton's common shares have been admitted for trading, as of the opening of the markets on November 15, 2007 under the ticker symbol TON.P.

Acting as agent for San Anton, CTI Capital Inc. received a corporate finance fee of $10,000 (plus applicable taxes). The agent also shared with members of the selling group a cash commission of $105,410 and an option to acquire 527,050 common shares of San Anton within the next 24 months at a price of $0.20 per share.

Members of the Board of Directors

San Anton's President and Secretary are respectively Mr. Jacques L'Africain and Mr. Mitchell Rosen. Members of the Board also include Messrs. Michael Pesner, Rory Olson and Robert Desjardins.

Jacques L'Africain, President and Director, is Vice President, Customer Service of Pitney Bowes Canada since 2005, a provider of leading-edge global, integrated mail and document management solutions for organizations of all sizes. Prior to that, he was President and General Manager for Danka Canada, then one of the country's largest providers of digital imaging systems before being purchased by Pitney Bowes. Prior to joining Danka in 2003, and starting in 1998, he was Vice President, Sales for Norstan Canada, a leading provider of telecommunication solutions. Prior to that, he held several senior positions in various technology companies. Mr. L'Africain earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University.

Mitchell Rosen, Secretary and Director, is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Neutron Enterprises Inc. since July 1, 2006, a public company which trades on the NASDAQ OTCBB market. From September 2004 until joining Neutron Enterprises Inc. Mr. Rosen managed his investments and served as an independent advisor and consultant to numerous businesses engaged in various industries regarding strategic planning. From February 2002 until September 2004, he served as Director of Non-Ferrous Metals for Triple M Metal, the largest scrap metal processor in Canada. Mr. Rosen is a Chartered Accountant and worked in public accounting for seven years. Mr. Rosen earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.

Michael Pesner, Treasurer and Director, is a Chartered Accountant. Mr. Pesner has been President of Hermitage Canada Finance Inc., a private financial consulting company, since 2002. Mr. Pesner was a Partner with KPMG from 1969 to 2002. Mr. Pesner earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University.

Rory Olson, Director, is the Chief Executive Officer of Neutron Enterprises Inc. since June 26, 2006, a public company which trades on the NASDAQ OTCBB market and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company's since August 3, 2006. From March 2004 until joining Neutron, Mr. Olson served as Chief Operating Officer of Airborne Entertainment Inc., a Montreal based publisher of mobile entertainment content distributed through various wireless partners including Cingular, Verizon and Sprint. Between October 1999 and October 2002, Mr. Olson served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Surefire Commerce, Inc., a public company that specialized in credit card and debit payment processing and risk management for internet gaming and online shopping companies. In 1998, as Chief Operating Officer of IMPACT Immedia, a Canadian public company, he oversaw the merger of Bell Canada's electronic commerce division into IMPACT Immedia, which created BCE Emergis, a leading provider of electronic commerce solutions. Mr. Olson earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University.

Robert Desjardins, Director, is President of Robert Desjardins and Associates Inc., a firm specializing in corporate finance and the development of financial products since 1989. Prior to that, he was President of Desjardins, Campeau, Dubord and Associates Inc., management consultants, from 1974 to 1989. Prior to that, he was a securities broker from 1968 to 1974. Mr. Desjardins is a member of the Corporation des Administrateurs Agrees du Quebec. He obtained his degree in accounting sciences in 1967 from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales.


San Anton Capital Inc. is a Capital Pool Company whose principal business will be to identify and evaluate assets or businesses with a view to completing a Qualifying Transaction, as defined under Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange Inc.
