San Diego Injury Trial Lawyer Stephen B. Morris Settles Wage and Hour Lawsuit

According to the court documents that relate to this case, the allegations stated that the employees were required to watch and supervise the children at all times and that as the result of a lack of adequate staffing they could not take adequate meal and rest breaks. As a result, the employees were denied the proper amount of rest and nutrition that California law provides for in the state statutes. The case was filed in response to this alleged mistreatment of these employees.

Rather than litigate the case fully, the defendant decided to accept the process of settlement negotiations, and Mr. Morris successfully reached an agreement with the defendant regarding the damages that needed to be provided for the plaintiffs. As a result, the case was dismissed and this legal matter is now considered closed.
