San Francisco CSCMP Calls for 'SCM Executive of the Year' Nominations

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 21, 2006 -- The San Francisco Roundtable of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP SFRT) is calling for nominations for the 1st Annual SCM Executive of the Year Award, for the executive making a clear difference in supply chain management excellence, as measurably demonstrated in 2005.

To be considered for this highly prestigious award, nominees must be located in Northern California -- and nominators must clearly illustrate nominee achievements, with supporting information and/or references. Candidates will be evaluated by a panel of SCM experts based on SCM Vision, Leadership & Innovation, Excellence in execution and Measurable results in 2005.

All nominations (and supporting information) must be received no later than March 30, 2006. The winner will be announced at the April 19th Half-Day Seminar & Golf at the Wente Vineyards in Livermore, CA.

Benchmarking & Best Practices

On March 15th, CSCMP SFRT will host its fifth and final educational dinner event for the program year, chaired by Petural 'PJ' Shelton, at the beautiful Hayes Mansion in San Jose.
