San Jose and Dublin Celebrate Sister City Relationship as Prelude to St. Patrick's Day

SAN JOSE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 5, 2007 -- Established in 1986, the San Jose & Dublin Sister City Program, known as "twinning" in Ireland, has thrived throughout its 21-year existence serving to nurture cultural, economic, artistic, sporting, and educational ties between San Jose/Silicon Valley and Dublin.
