Family-oriented fun for this special event will include light refreshments, a coloring activity for the kids and a great opportunity for homeshoppers to be among the first guests to tour the three beautiful new model homes. With the recent release of Phase One homes, now is a great time to discover luxurious new home living at San Marino.

"A model grand opening is always an important milestone for a neighborhood and this Saturday's unveiling has already generated incredible interest among homeshoppers who are eager to be among the very first guests to walk through these beautiful homes," said Tom Veal, Vice President of Residential Sales and Marketing for Irvine Company Community Development. "During the grand opening festivities within this popular Irvine Village, guests can explore San Marino's three stylish floorplans that encourage indoor-outdoor living and range from approximately 2,808 to 3,121 square feet. Priced from the low $1 millions, highlights of these new homes include four to five bedrooms, spacious kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and large center islands -- 'Launch spaces' are well-situated off the kitchen for storage and drop off. The homes' California Rooms and Great Rooms are perfect areas for entertaining guests and casual family living. Homeshoppers will also be impressed with San Marino's prime location within walking distance of Date Palm Square Park, The Commons, Woodbury Elementary School and Woodbury™ Town Center."
