BOCA RATON, FL--(Marketwired - Feb 24, 2016) -  Sanctuary Medical Center recently expanded by adding a third board-certified dermatologist to its Boca Raton practice - Dr. Roger H. Stewart. Dr. Stewart joins Dr. Kathleen B. Herne and Dr. Allison Schwedelson, who are already established as leading cosmetic dermatologists in Boca Raton.

Dr. Roger H. Stewart joins Sanctuary Medical Center after 35 years at Skin Center in Fort Lauderdale. Dr. Stewart has been practicing for over 40 years and continues to be recognized as a pioneer in the field of skin cancer.

"Our practice is thriving and we're excited to add someone with the exceptional education, training, and experience that Dr. Stewart brings us," said Dr. Jason N. Pozner, Medical Director at Sanctuary Medical Center.

After graduating Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan, and Alpha Omega Alpha from its Medical School, Dr. Stewart completed an internship at UCLA Medical Center, followed by a dermatology residency at the University of Virginia and two years at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. Today, Dr. Stewart's main areas of focus are cosmetic dermatology, Mohs surgery and reconstruction.

"Dermatology, especially cosmetic dermatology, is an exciting field that is constantly evolving," Dr. Pozner added.
