SanDisk®, FyreStorm™ Tap Cintara Corporation for Agency's Strategic Marketing, Branding and Naming Prowess

Identity, Web, International Development, Product Placement and PR Services Will Be Provided by San Jose, CA-based Boutique

SAN JOSE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 17, 2005 -- Flash memory market leader SanDisk® and fab semiconductor provider FyreStorm™ have selected Cintara Corporation to direct strategic marketing and branding initiatives for their organizations.

Cintara's charter for the new clients ranges from brand identity to television and film product placement to product launches in Asia and is indicative of the manufacturers' confidence in the versatility, flexibility, and rapid response delivered to clients by the San Jose-based Agency. The flurry of new activity signals not only an upturn in the 20-year-old Agency's business but also has its founder hopeful that the domestic and local economies are on the rebound.

Founded in 1988, SanDisk Corporation is the world's largest supplier of flash memory data storage products. Cintara's Strategic Marketing Unit will identify and secure product placement opportunities for SanDisk products in television programs and upcoming film productions. The agency has already captured positions for SanDisk products in the popular StarGate TV sci-fi series. Other placements are currently in negotiations. Mark Hittie, Director Retail Marketing at SanDisk, "was impressed with Cintara's successful track record in getting products positioned. The agency has well connected personnel and a process that we believe will help increase sales."

FyreStorm, the fabless semiconductor Company, produces intelligent power management systems for mobile devices. Cintara will launch FyreStorm's technology in Asia (Korea, Taiwan, China), and is developing collateral materials and a PR program to support this international venture. Tony Bozzini, FyreStorm VP of Sales and Marketing, notes, "Cintara has significant experience and we're convinced their involvement will make us a success both here and abroad."

Cintara President and CEO Lisa Tollner is optimistic the rush of new business signals a technology turnaround. A Silicon Valley veteran and witness to other market drops in prior years, Ms. Tollner says, "It's encouraging to see the economy start to rebound as high-tech companies begin investing again on new initiatives. It's been a slow recovery and we hope the trend continues not just in the tech sectors but in other areas as well."

She adds, "Cintara is excited to contribute to the success of our new clients. Each client represents a unique technology sector, and each will benefit from the specialized resources Cintara has to offer."
