(the "Issuer") for aggregate cash consideration of approximately $3,521. The common shares were acquired by Loutitt by way of a private transaction.
Loutitt now owns and controls, directly or indirectly, 11,555,131 common shares of the Issuer, representing approximately 22.64% of the Issuer's issued and outstanding common shares.
