Santeon Files Second Quarter 2012 10-Q and Announces Highlights of Second Quarter Results

Second Quarter Revenue Grew 117% Over Prior Year; Second Quarter Gross Profit (Revenue Less Cost of Revenue) Grew 247% Over Prior Year; First Quarterly Net Profit Since Becoming a Public Company in May 2010; Current With SEC Filings

RESTON, VA--(Marketwire - Oct 15, 2012) - Santeon Group, Inc. (OTCBB: SANT) today announced that it has filed its second quarter 2012 SEC Quarterly Form 10-Q and is now current with all its SEC filings. In addition, Santeon announced that revenues for the three months ending June 30, 2012 more than doubled when compared to the three months ending June 30, 2011. Further, Santeon posted a net profit for the three months ending June 30, 2012 as compared to a net loss in the prior year quarter. With the filing of the second quarter 2012 SEC Form 10-Q, Santeon Group is pleased to announce it is now in compliance and current with all required filings as required by SEC.
