BAY CITY, MI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 22, 2007 -- Sarissa Resources, Inc., formerly Michigan Gold Mining Investments, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MGGV), is pleased to announce their management team as they move forward seeking viable economic deposits and investments in promising companies. The Company has a three-person Board of Directors including CEO Ben Fuschino, who has led the Company since November 2005 with a diverse history in corporate management and financial consulting.

Frank Marcantonio, as Secretary and Treasurer, brings more than 34 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, management and promotion to the Board. He is the former owner of the Paris Hotel and the Tudor Hotel, both in New York City, and currently operates his own brokerage firm on Long Island. He also consults on two right-to-use programs and brings extensive financial experience and financial contacts to Sarissa Resources. He graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in Education with graduate studies at New York University and Columbia University.

Peter D'Jay is a former Sales Manager for Mass Merchandising, opening successful branch offices in two states and focusing on purchasing and renovating distressed properties. In recent years he has used his networking skills and real estate experience to facilitate the development of commercial real estate and owns several developments. He consults with and invests in small companies and is the Manager of D'Jay Investments, LLC. He holds a B.A. in Environmental Science from the University of Colorado.

Sarissa Resources, Inc. also explores minority investments in unrelated and promising companies that show above average potential for growth and success. The Company recently purchased five percent of Botanic Oasis, Inc. Botanic Oasis distributes Botanic Pax, a biodegradable natural product used to increase crop yield, decrease drought losses, and reduce labor and mechanical costs in agriculture.
