Sarissa Resources, Inc. CEO Looks to Implement Their Mining Resource Strategy

BAY CITY, MI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 14, 2007 -- Sarissa Resources, Inc., formerly Michigan Gold Mining Investments, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MGGV), is pleased to announce that the Company is implementing their mining resource strategy by using long existing contacts in the mining and geology fields to seek out viable economic deposits.

The Company utilizes their expertise in geophysics through their contracted geologist, Mike White, who has been in the mining business for more than 30 years. Mr. White maintains an extensive database of mineral resources and mining areas that Sarissa Resources will utilize, and he is one of a number of sources the Company uses in a consulting role.

Sarissa Resources, Inc. CEO Ben Fuschino has led the Company since November 2005 with management and entrepreneurial expertise from several industries. He obtained extensive financial experience early in his career as a Manager at Royal Bank of Canada and was later the owner and president of Herakles Holdings, Inc. where he focused on management consulting. He has long been an entrepreneur with substantial holdings in several companies.

"Our goal is to define and delineate potential mineral deposits. We've got strong management with a low overhead, a great research team and valuable contacts in the mining industry. Thorough assessment of mining properties is still a new science and we have the resources to remain on the cutting edge of technology to determine economic value," stated Ben Fuschino, CEO of Sarissa Resources, Inc.

Sarissa Resources, Inc. will also explore minority investments in unrelated and promising companies that show above average potential for growth and success. The Company recently purchased five percent of Botanic Oasis, Inc. Botanic Oasis distributes Botanic Pax, a biodegradable natural product used to increase crop yield, decrease drought losses, and reduce labor and mechanical costs in agriculture.
