Sarissa Resources, Inc. Partner Awarded "Best New Turf Product of the Year" in Leading Turf Care Industry Magazine

BAY CITY, MI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 1, 2007 -- Sarissa Resources, Inc., formerly Michigan Gold Mining Investments, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MGGV), is pleased to announce that Zeba™, used in Botanic Pax, produced by Botanic Oasis, of which Sarissa Resources owns a five percent share, has been awarded the "2006 Turfcare Product of the Year" by Turf Professional Magazine. Zeba™ is the primary product in the Botanic Pax 'tea bag' and the award will be formally announced in the Magazine's March issue.

Botanic Pax is a super-absorbent, hemp mesh sac that resembles a tea bag. It contains Zeba™, a starch-based natural superabsorbent designed to hold 400 times its weight in water. Reengineered from technology developed by the USDA in the 1970s and used in modern diapers, Botanic Pax releases moisture to the host plant's root system at very low pressure.

Combined with natural alfalfa-based fertilizers, fungicidesand/or plant growth activators, Botanic Pax acts as a reservoir and releases water on demand while making fertilizers more soluble. Botanic Oasis, Inc. supplies the tea bags to golf courses, forestry and nursery industries and municipalities.

"It is a great honor to be associated with this award in Turf Professional Magazine. It is a venerable publication in the golf course industry and a favorite with gardening experts. We see the Botanic Pax tea bag as one of the future standards for fertilization in agriculture and we're happy that the technology has been so aptly recognized," stated Ben Fuschino, CEO of Sarissa Resources, Inc.

Turf Professional is the UK's leading magazine for the Turf Care industry. Launched in 2000 it covers the golf course market, gardening, landscaping, and sporting and leisure facilities. The awards and magazine highlights are available online at http://www.turfpro.co.uk.

Sarissa Resources, Inc. recently purchased five percent of Botanic Oasis, Inc. for $40,000 and 5 million shares. Botanic Oasis distributes Botanic Pax, a biodegradable product used to increase crop yield, decrease drought losses, and reduce labor and mechanical costs in agriculture.
