SaskCentral Named One of Canada's Best Workplaces

REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN--(Marketwired - April 17, 2014) - SaskCentral is proud to have been named the 15^th best workplace in Canada for 2014 by the Great Place to Work^® Institute Canada. SaskCentral was the only company in Saskatchewan to be named in the top 100. A second award named the organization the 10^th best workplace for women among companies of any size. SaskCentral was also named as one of only three companies with fewer than 1000 employees to receive a special award for Respect.

This is the seventh year SaskCentral has made the top 100 list.

The competition for the 100 "Best Workplaces in Canada" is based on two criteria. Two-thirds of the total score comes from an employee survey, along with open-ended comments about the organization. The remainder comes from an in-depth review of the organization's culture, including an evaluation of HR policies and procedures. This list of "Best Workplaces in Canada" is compiled by Great Place to Work^® Institute Canada.
