SaskCentral Named One of Canada's Best Workplaces

REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN--(Marketwired - April 22, 2016) - SaskCentral is proud to have been named the 23^rd best medium-sized workplace in Canada for 2016 by the Great Place to Work^® Institute Canada. A second award named SaskCentral as the 15^th Best Workplace for women among companies of any size.

SaskCentral is the only Saskatchewan company on the list.

Nixon points out that the success was not something that happened overnight but is the result of a culture built up slowly over the years. The competition for the 100 "Best Workplaces in Canada" is based on two criteria. Two-thirds of the total score comes from an employee survey, along with open-ended comments about the organization. The remainder comes from an in-depth review of the organization's culture, including an evaluation of HR policies and procedures. This list of "Best Workplaces in Canada" is compiled by Great Place to Work^® Institute Canada.
