Satellite Enterprises Corp. Acquires Major interest in
SoliDAM

NORTH HAVEN, Conn.--(CCNMatthews - Mar 3, 2005) -

Satellite Enterprises Corp. (OTCBB: SENR) acquired a majority interest
in SoliDAM B.V., SoliDAM, a privately held company based in the
Netherlands, provides standard and custom made software solutions in the
area of archiving, asset management, plate room management and
distributed print management for (newspaper) publishers.

Satellite Enterprises Corp. believes that this acquisition will enable
the company to offer its publishing partners optimising efficiency. The
audit function capabilities of the SoliDAM system will enable publishers
to offer verifiable, real-time, customisable circulation figures to
prospective advertisers through its advanced reporting and data-mining
capabilities. Satellite Enterprises believes that the acquisition of
SoliDAM will prove to be an integral building block to its future
development in file compressions and sales of its content.
