SatMAX and AvStar Aviation: Offering Solutions to Second Tier Aviators Nationwide

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - February 25, 2010) - SatMAX (PINKSHEETS: SATM) and AvStar Aviation Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AAVG) announces that they have entered an important reseller agreement for SATM equipment. AvStar Aviation Group, Inc. is a public company acquiring Fixed Base Operation Facilities (FBOs), Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Centers (MROs), primarily at second tier airports in order to consolidate the acquired facilities under a single, recognizable brand of aviation maintenance contractors looking to offer superior services in smaller airports located near major metropolitan areas.

President and CEO Russell Ivy stated, "We look forward to saving money for our valued aircraft clients by utilizing SatMAX equipment to significantly reduce the cost of testing avionic communications equipment."

As partners, AAVG and SATM will be able to offer the full line SatMAX technology to AAVG's growing client list. SATM is a leading, global provider of wireless, non-line of sight, satellite communications equipment and services. SatMAX already has already filled corporate, commercial, and government orders; this partnership, however, will allow SATM to market directly to new sectors of the aviation industry such as: privately owned aircrafts and aircraft maintenance operations.

While AAVG maintains their company focus on all areas of aviation mechanics, maintenance and repair; the agreement with SATM allows for another conduit to move products and expand services. This agreement could prove to be a winning strategy for both companies. The plan is to build from their cumulative strengths to help SATM enhance brand expansion, fortify market experience, and increase overall exposure in the aviation sector.
