Satori Software Previews New Concept, Mailing Services Management, at National Postal Forum

SEATTLE, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 22, 2007 -- Satori Software, Inc. today announced that it will be previewing its next-generation software, Bulk Mailer® Business System, at National Postal Forum March 25 - 27. This newest member of the popular Bulk Mailer product family goes beyond traditional mail preparation to deliver a complete mailing services management solution -- an entirely new product category for the mailing industry.

Bulk Mailer Business System is built for large-volume mailing houses and mailing services departments such as those found in universities and larger corporations. Mailing Service activities go beyond simple mail preparation, from communicating with clients and ordering supplies to scheduling staff and resources. Bulk Mailer Business System delivers a multi-user environment for managing these activities and more. Users may create, track and archive client profiles, mailings, tasks, users and resources -- all key elements in the day-to-day management of any company that offers mailing services.

The Mailing window provides a single location to plan and track multiple mailings from start to finish. A manager can quickly define, assign and review tasks required for a mailing including ordering supplies, scheduling resources and personnel, and sending follow-up reports to the client. Other users review progress and execute assigned tasks as scheduled. The Task Line for each mailing provides a graphical reference for tracking progress and executing tasks.

Bulk Mailer Business System includes integrated client management tools that store information about current and past jobs, from contact phone numbers to current postage balance and historical presort reports. Post-mailing reports and other communications may be sent through email or the Business System Web portal. The Web portal provides clients with secure access to upload files and check the progress of their jobs.

Bulk Mailer Business System allows separate users to perform tasks on the same mailing. Managers define access rights and primary responsibilities for each user. For example, one user may be in charge of data preparation while another is tasked with printing.

Bulk Mailer Business System includes virtually all presorts, including palletization and drop shipment support; 48-month real-time* NCOALink® processing for updating address lists; and built-in support for PostalOne!® and mail tracking. The Satori Software® WYSIWYG mail piece designer and custom printer control drivers are also included.

Built on the Microsoft SQL database, Business System has been optimized for performance. Server-based processing enables the concurrent execution of tasks, like performing address correction, presorting and printing for different mailings. The technology behind Bulk Mailer Business System is designed to accommodate new USPS® capabilities as they are introduced, such as additional types of data and electronic filing.

"Bulk Mailer Business System will change the way mailing services are managed," said Hugh Rogovy, President of Satori Software. "We are very proud to be introducing this new product category, which will increase mailing house efficiency and help them deliver the highest level of client satisfaction."

Bulk Mailer Business System is scheduled for release in early summer 2007. For more information or to receive notification of the release of Bulk Mailer Business System, call Satori Software at 800-553-6477.
