Sauer Energy CEO Update Letter

CAMARILLO, CA--(Marketwired - Mar 28, 2014) - Sauer Energy Inc.® ("SEI") (OTCQB: SENY), developer of the patented WindCharger® vertical axis wind turbine (VAWT) and manufacturer of the patented WindRider® vertical axis wind turbine submits its Update Letter below:

Dear Shareholders and Friends:

Our corporation has made significant strides in the last few months. We have strengthened our balance sheet, expanded our proprietary technology patents and have started production. The Sauer Energy team is extremely proud of these accomplishments.

We believe that this is the beginning of a new era. Our entire company remains focused on three mission critical principles:

  • Commercialization

    • Building the most efficient quality product
    • cross selling

  • Shareholder Value

    • Growing and expanding to maximize revenue and profitability

  • Innovation

    • Continuing to develop new technology that is both innovative and useful in our business plan and that is tied together with our intellectual property

We have completed the WindRider product validation. Since the WindRider technology was acquired and not developed by us, our due diligence consisted of testing and verifying all aspects of performance, compatibility and energy conversion. With test results in, we took on the task of improving the design. We employed a methodical approach by gathering data using full-scale modeling and met a new high standard. Various off-site test sites to promote and extract data through commissioned third parties was key.

We chose a local manufacturer with high quality standards that met our specifications. Full-scale manufacturing is slated to begin in the next few months. With the final design frozen, molds were ordered and material selected, ready to develop an expanded production schedule.

SEI's team has furthered development of new products. The roadmap of R&D is identified with patents. Initially, the need must be identified, the concept designed, testing follows with our cutting edge equipment, validation, then patent filings. Additionally, SEI plans to launch a completely new innovation soon. We will keep you informed.

SEI has made progress in several strategic areas of new technology innovation by enhancing features and modifying adaptation. The most exciting is a proven product.

SEI is developing of a number of special projects that need energy. We have been cultivating potential strategic alliances within other industries adding comprehensive alternative energy solutions to complete their projects. SEI has developed a testing platform with unique capabilities that show and prove the true value of our solutions before market.

This year, we plan to become a revenue based company. SEI has survived the weeding out of the weak and underdeveloped and plans stand out as a leader. Our plan includes:

  • Activate strategic alliances
  • Cross-sales joint product releases
  • Secure sales and accept purchase orders and deposits
  • Satisfy energy needs of multinational markets
  • Bring new innovations to market

From indications received so far, SEI believes that the market is embracing small wind renewable applications more than ever. Increased need drives demand. Every passing day, the value of using wind energy within the residential and commercial markets worldwide becomes more evident. Not always practical for governments to create and maintain the infrastructures necessary for grid power, our units provide a realistic alternative solution.

As SEI continues to reflect business growth and meets increased demand, the shareholders will be able to see it in the value of their investment.

In closing, I have never been more excited about our company and the high demand of all of the opportunities now going forward. On behalf of our team at Sauer Energy, I want to thank you for the strong support and continued faith that 2014 will be an excellent year.

Sincerely,

Dieter Sauer

About Sauer Energy Inc.

Sauer Energy Inc. is a technology developer and manufacturer focused on the emerging renewable energy market. In the very near future, SEI plans to offer the patented helixical WindRider model VAWTs that employ the HelixWind technology it purchased in 2012. The performance enhanced design modifications have delivered superior results. They are specifically designed to be pole mounted and can respond to demand for applications that do not require roof mounting.

SEI has created the WindCharger brand model to provide a better solution for the use of wind capture for residential or small building mounting and use. We believe that because it requires so few parts, it provides a new direction for wind capture and will easily scale from residential to small community and up to large industrial scale. The market opportunity for a new, innovative technology is unlimited.

The WindCharger is one of Sauer Energy's key innovations. With several patents in place and many more pending, SEI is engaged in manufacturing and commercialization now, and plans to see a financial return on its investments. To learn more about Sauer Energy, please visit: www.SauerEnergy.com
