Marie Chartered Accountant and prominent business leader Lil Silvano, CA, has been re-elected President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario's (ICAO) Sault Ste. Marie District CA Association. The District Association is the CA profession's local presence and organizes activities that benefit local Chartered Accountants and the community at large.

A former accounting and auditing course instructor at Algoma University, Lil continues to provide mentoring and advice for CA students and new CA graduates.

"The District Association in Sault Ste. Marie is a strong voice for local Chartered Accountants and a real asset for our community," said Lil. "It is an organization I have long admired for its enterprise and professionalism. I am very proud to be a part of it in such an exciting capacity."
