Located at 1500 Howe Street, Seacity is unlike any other studio in the city in that it offers a very diverse range of fitness classes, each in a hybrid style that promotes overall wellness.

Classes available include Heavy Bag Boxing, Kettlebell Strength & Suspension Training, Fitness Fused Pilates, High Intensity Interval Training (using air bikes), Resistance Based Yoga, Restorative Rehabilitation and -- new-to-Vancouver -- the Mini Trampoline Class.
