Since joining SC3 in 2015, and serving as the company's Vice President of Business Operations, Clark has created a number of efficiencies across the finance, contracts and accounting departments.
In his new role as CFO, Clark will maintain responsibility and oversight for the overall finance and business operations functions in the enterprise including accounting, contracts, financial planning and analysis, pricing, procurement and program finance.

Clark brings more than 17 years of experience in business management, operations and strategy in multiple customer sets in the government contracting arena focusing on partnering with operations, process improvement and organizational integrations. Prior to joining SC3, he was the Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis for ASRC Federal, responsible for the financial reporting, forecasting, financial systems and business intelligence functions. He also served in increasing roles of responsibilities in various finance and business operations leadership roles in his 13 year career at Lockheed Martin development and services divisions including a graduate of numerous corporate leadership programs.
Clark earned a B.S. in Finance from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, an M.B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University, and an M.S. in Finance from Golden Gate University.
SC3 also announced that Chief Operations Offer Chuck Hicks will expand his duties by taking on the additional role of Business Development Relationship Executive. In this expanded position, Hicks will assist SC3's Business Development organization by leveraging his industry relationships to expand the company's footprint in the Intelligence and Defense markets.
