Scarborough Building Society First EMEA Customer for New Nortel Contact Centre Solution

The Scarborough Building Society has become the first customer in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) to select the new 'Expert Anywhere' Contact Centre 6.0 solution from Nortel (NYSE:NT) (TSX:NT).

The Scarborough Building Society's contact centre is expected to be easier to manage and less costly to implement while offering more services and revenue generating opportunities with new functionalities. Scarborough Building Society is planning to leverage these new functionalities, especially the new Outbound Campaign Manager, to fulfill its customer contact strategy and ultimately increase market reach.
