Schawk, Inc. Announces Election of Michael G. O'Rourke to Its Board of Directors

DES PLAINES, IL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 15, 2007 --Schawk, Inc. (NYSE: SGK), one of the world's leading providers of digital imaging graphic services to the consumer products and brand imaging markets, today announced that its board of directors has elected Michael G. O'Rourke as a director to serve until the annual meeting of shareholders in May, at which time the expectation is that he will be slated for election for a full term. Mr. O'Rourke's appointment fills a vacancy created by the resignation of Christopher Lacovara on February 1, 2007. In addition, Mr. O'Rourke was appointed to the Audit Committee of the board of directors.

Mr. O'Rourke, 38, currently serves as president and chief executive officer of Signature Bank in Chicago, Illinois, where, among other duties, he is responsible for financial statements and communications with shareholders and various regulatory agencies. He previously served as Associated Bank Chicago's Executive Vice President and Manager of Commercial Lending and Commercial Real Estate from 2001 until 2005, when he left to organize Signature Bank. He has a bachelor's degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee and a master's degree from Loyola University in Chicago.
