Acquires Boutique Digital Agency in London

DES PLAINES, IL--(Marketwire - September 20, 2010) -  Schawk, Inc. (NYSE: SGK), a leading provider of brand point management services, enabling companies of all sizes to connect their brands with consumers to create deeper brand affinity, announced today that it has expanded its digital marketing services by acquiring the boutique digital agency Untitled London Limited, which is based in London, United Kingdom.

President and Chief Executive Officer David A.
