SCI Makes Significant Enhancements to MarketView 360, Multi-Channel Marketing System for Automotive Industry

MarketView 360 delivers broader campaign management for dealerships

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 18, 2008) - SCI Ltd., a leading provider of retail process solutions for the automotive industry, today announced significant new capabilities to its "Torque™" MarketView 360, multi-channel marketing solution.

"Torque" MarketView 360 became part of the Torque™ suite of automotive retail process solutions through SCI's acquisition of Dallas-based MarketQuiz, in September, 2008. MarketView 360 has since become an integral offering of SCI's end-to-end solutions for the automotive industry, by offering the deployment of highly personalized, customized and targeted customer communications utilizing voice, e-mail, text and mail.

Previously deployed principally as an automated and personalized service communications system, MarketView's powerful new features provide communications specifically to drive new vehicle sales, in addition to its service retention capabilities.
