SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwired - Feb 2, 2016) - SCI Solutions (SCI), the health industry's leading patient access and care coordination software firm, and Robert Wood Johnson Health System (RWJHS), today announced they have reached an agreement to implement SCI's technology platform to help support streamlined access to hospital and physician services, better manage medical referrals and automate insurance authorizations across all RWJHS flagship hospital campuses.

SCI's platform and services will support RWJHS as the organization develops a system-wide contact center that allows patients to access services throughout its health system with ease, enhancing the experience for patients and physicians.

SCI's contract with RWJHS was signed in December following a competitive review process involving seven leading companies. SCI was selected by RWJHS based on its track record in partnering with clients to successfully centralize and automate patient access workflows across disparate locations and integrating with other core technology systems.

This will help ensure payment of services while delivering an enhanced provider-patient experience.
