Scitec and Avaya Sign EMEA Telephone Licensing and Distribution Agreement

URBANA, IL--(Marketwire - October 22, 2007) - Scitec, Inc. ( has today announced the signing of a licensing agreement with Avaya Inc. ( Under the terms of the multi-year agreement, Scitec will market a new series of Avaya-branded analog telephones through Avaya sales and distribution channels in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Scitec currently provides, under an OEM/ODM arrangement, Avaya 6200 Series and 2500 Series analog handsets, including Avaya feature phone models 6211, 6219, 6221, Avaya single-line industry standard 2500 MMGN, 2500 YMGP desk sets, and Avaya 2554 MMGN, and 2554 YMGP single-line wall telephones.
