Scoreloop Sees 209% Leap in New Users on Christmas Day

Boost in Numbers Over Holiday Break Leads to 216% Jump in Virtual Currency Revenues

The Christmas holidays also saw a big increase in the number of users joining the Scoreloop community, with over 1.3 million new gamers using Scoreloop's social features. This represents the largest single week growth in users Scoreloop has seen to date, with Android gamers showing the biggest increase.

During the Christmas break, Scoreloop saw:

  • A 209% spike in new users on Christmas Day across all mobile OS platforms compared to November average
  • A 216% jump in virtual currency revenues over Christmas week compared to November average
  • A total of 1.3 million new Scoreloop users recorded over the holiday week
