Scotia iTRADE® Wins "Best Customer Service" in MoneySense Report on Canada's Top Discount Brokerages

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - May 21, 2015) - Scotia iTRADE is pleased to announce that they were awarded first place for customer service in MoneySense magazine's 3rd annual report on the best discount brokerages in Canada. Scotia iTRADE was also cited as one of the best discount brokerages in the country, with top marks for "ease of use" and "market intelligence."

Earlier this year, Scotia iTRADE also won the "Gold" Call Center First Call Resolution (FCR) Best Practice Award in the "Performance Management System" category.
