Scotiabank Named to World's Best Multinational Workplaces List for Second Consecutive Year

Only Canadian Company Honoured With This Distinction in 2015

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - October 13, 2015) - For the second year in a row, Scotiabank is the only Canadian-based company named on the "World's Best Multinational Workplaces" list by the Great Place to Work® Institute.

Companies are chosen for the World's Best Multinational Workplaces list predominantly based on data gathered from employee surveys and direct comments from employees.

As in 2014, Scotiabank is the only Canadian-based company honoured with this distinction in 2015.

The World's Best Multinational Workplaces List recognizes leading workplaces chosen from 45 countries around the world. To qualify for the list, companies, including Scotiabank, were required to be featured on at least five Regional Great Place to Work® lists over the last 12 months, have at least 5,000 employees, with at least 40 percent of their workforce located outside the country in which their company is headquartered.
