Prior to joining Altify, Swisher was Senior Vice President of Global Sales at ServiceMax, a cloud-based field service management solution, where he consistently achieved greater than 100% year over year revenue growth. As former Vice President of Product Sales and one of the early employees at SuccessFactors, Swisher played a significant role in the growth of the company, leading to a successful IPO and acquisition by SAP.
