Debra has written numerous articles and handbooks, teaches business law and organizational topics, and has presented seminars on such issues as organization development, training and awareness, benefits, and leadership.

Michelle Hoffman, VP of Finance & Strategic Planning, has more than 16 years experience in the finance, accounting, and business development professions. Michelle has held executive finance and leadership positions with several start up and turnaround organizations. Her focus on financial operations, mergers and acquisition (M&A), profit optimization, turnaround management, and strategic planning has enabled sustainable growth and assured compliance. Prior to Incentive Logic, Michelle led M&A activities, managed equity, funding, and legal documentation as Senior VP of Finance & HR for a venture capital-backed company. Michelle has been recognized for proactively identifying business needs, creating innovative strategic plans and implementing resolutions.
