SCP Worldwide Secures Multiple Distribution Partners for 2010 South American World Cup Qualifiers

Announces Agreements for PPV, Cable, Internet TV and Closed Circuit TV; Partners Include DISH Network, GolTV, JumpTV and Integrated Sports Media

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - September 19, 2007) - SCP Worldwide, the New York based sports, media and entertainment company, today announced that it has secured pay-per-view, cable, internet TV and closed circuit distribution agreements for the prestigious 2010 South American World Cup Qualifying matches it owns the exclusive multi-platform rights to in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories. Specifically, EchoStar Communications Corporation has obtained the exclusive residential pay-per-view rights which will be broadcast through its DISH Network® satellite TV service; GolTV will be the official cable television distributor and the home of the official highlights show; JumpTV (TSX: JTV) (AIM: JTV) will be the exclusive internet distribution and marketing partner of the live pay-per-view games on; and Integrated Sports Media will be the exclusive commercial establishment distributor.

The tournament commences with 20 games across four rounds being played this October and November and featuring the 10 South American Federations, who have won more World Cups in the past 13 tournaments than any other continent and includes such world powerhouses -- Brazil and Argentina.

DISH Network is offering the 16-game package on Pay-Per-View for $159.99, four-game packages over a two-day period for $59.99, or individual games for $29.99. GolTV, SCP Worldwide's marketing, sales and distribution partner for the tournament, will air a total of four games (one game per round) and also produce and broadcast the official nightly tournament highlight show. JumpTV will offer all 20 games from the October/November rounds LIVE via pay-per-view on; and Integrated Sports Media will be responsible for the commercial distribution of a 16-game package through its network of over 2,000 outlets.

SCP is also in active discussions with various mobile carriers live game and highlights distribution and various sponsorship packages, including camera visible field-board signage opportunities.
