Scribe Announces Strategic Partnership With ExactTarget to Create CRM Connector for High-Volume Marketers Needing Cross-Channel Integration

Scribe's Open, Flexible Connector for ExactTarget Allows Customers to Map CRM Data Over Information Gleaned From Email, Mobile, Social, or Insight Channels, and Then Execute Sophisticated Campaigns

MANCHESTER, NH--(Marketwire - Oct 17, 2012) - Scribe announced today it will build a series of CRM integration solutions that will allow marketers to use existing ExactTarget connectors to execute messaging campaigns and enhance the performance of campaigns by leveraging CRM data.

The Scribe Connector for ExactTarget will enable data to flow from CRM to ExactTarget and then from ExactTarget back to CRM (or ERP or MySQL) systems. This gives marketers the ability to drive cross-channel marketing programs, leveraging powerful ExactTarget features, such as A/B testing, embedded Return Path functionality, MobileConnect, SocialEngage, and SocialPages, while maintaining a tight connection with their CRM system and other enterprise data stores.

The Scribe Connector for ExactTarget will complement existing ExactTarget connectors by extending their capabilities, greatly enhancing campaign sophistication. Scribe will empower ExactTarget's clients to bring in data from a wide variety of sources, including CRM, email, mobile, social, or insight channels, and then store and manage that data on one familiar platform without imposing a heavy IT burden.
