MANCHESTER, NH--(Marketwire - Oct 17, 2012) - Scribe announced today it will build a series of CRM integration solutions that will allow marketers to use existing ExactTarget connectors to execute messaging campaigns and enhance the performance of campaigns by leveraging CRM data.
The Scribe Connector for ExactTarget will enable data to flow from CRM to ExactTarget and then from ExactTarget back to CRM (or ERP or MySQL) systems. This gives marketers the ability to drive cross-channel marketing programs, leveraging powerful ExactTarget features, such as A/B testing, embedded Return Path functionality, MobileConnect, SocialEngage, and SocialPages, while maintaining a tight connection with their CRM system and other enterprise data stores.
The Scribe Connector for ExactTarget will complement existing ExactTarget connectors by extending their capabilities, greatly enhancing campaign sophistication. Scribe will empower ExactTarget's clients to bring in data from a wide variety of sources, including CRM, email, mobile, social, or insight channels, and then store and manage that data on one familiar platform without imposing a heavy IT burden.
"We're very thrilled to partner with ExactTarget," said Peter Chase, Founder and executive vice president of business development, Scribe. "We are looking forward to seeing what organizations will do with access to this expanded set of information. We anticipate that marketers are going to be able to construct and execute new types of high-engagement marketing programs with the wealth of targeting and response data they are going to get."
"We're pleased to partner with Scribe to further enhance our existing CRM integrations," said Scott Roth, senior director global field & partner marketing, ExactTarget. "The Scribe connector allows companies of all sizes to use customer data to deliver relevant, targeted messaging."
By empowering customers to quickly and easily access their data via ExactTarget's Interactive Marketing Hub, the new Scribe connector will help increase conversion rates, boost the number of leads, speed up campaign execution, and reduce costs by automating the process.
Scribe plans to demonstrate the connector at the ExactTarget Connections conference Oct. 16-18, 2012 in Indianapolis.
