Scribe and Datix Partner to Extend Value of Epicor ERP Software With Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce.com and Znode

Synergy to Empower Thousands of Businesses to Easily Integrate and Share Critical Customer Data; Znode to Leverage Partnership to Bring Seamless Data Integration Benefits to Its Multifront Ecommerce Customers

MANCHESTER, NH--(Marketwire - Feb 20, 2013) - Scribe, the leading platform for cloud and on-premise CRM data integration, today announced a new partnership with Datix, an Epicor 9 software services specialist. With Scribe, Datix will empower Epicor 9 customers, nearly 3,000 in the U.S. alone, with better access to business critical data by fully integrating ERP data with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce.com and Znode eCommerce. All three companies will demonstrate the integration at Microsoft Convergence 2013, March 18-21 in New Orleans, LA, in Scribe booth 420.

A software services company based in St. Louis, MO, Datix is an authorized reseller of Epicor 9 software, specializing in helping businesses migrate to Epicor 9 for process management. The company provides a wide range of Epicor 9 support and business consulting services to Epicor businesses throughout North and South America. Datix chose Scribe over other data integration platform providers because of Scribe's leadership in CRM data integration for on-premise, hybrid and cloud environments, and its deep expertise in integrating with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM systems.

In addition to opening up Epicor to the benefits of Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com users, Scribe and Datix also now tie-in to Znode, a leading B2B and B2C ecommerce solution provider. Znode clients in turn will be able to more easily integrate their Znode ecommerce platform with back-office systems Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com.

"Our partnership with Scribe is going to deliver real benefits to Epicor customers by allowing them to fully integrate their Epicor ERP data with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce to be more nimble and responsive to their end customers," said Bryan Sapot, CEO for Datix. "IT agility and symmetry between internal and external systems, such as ERP and CRM, powered by seamless data integration, is key to running a successful business today. Access to critical customer data online and via mobile is becoming the standard, and Scribe equips Datix to provide such varied data access and reporting, bridging on-premise and cloud environments."

"Datix is widely considered the industry's Epicor ERP software reseller of choice," said Peter Chase, Founder and Executive Vice President for Scribe Software. "We are thrilled to be working with them to help their Epicor 9 customers streamline their business processes and increase efficiency and productivity."

"Partnering with Scribe and Datix enables Znode to deliver huge benefits to our customers," said Marc Boston, Director of Strategic Partnerships for Znode. "Expanding our partnership ecosystem in this way allows us to create an environment in which our customers can more easily connect Znode's Multifront® ecommerce solutions to their back-office systems like Microsoft Dynamics and Epicor 9 and thereby empower them with a clearer, more comprehensive view of business critical data."

Today's announcement underscores continued momentum for Scribe. In December, Scribe announced consistent momentum across the markets it serves and consistent year over year growth, with Q3 2012 bookings up 22 percent over the same quarter in 2011. Just last month, the company unveiled a new industry study focused on the state of CRM in the Small Business (SMB) sector, and top SMB IT pain points and areas of investment in 2013. Before that, the company announced record Q4 2012 bookings in the public sector with seven major wins across state and federal government agencies in deals that span more than 50,000 seats.
