SE Solutions Assembles Roster of Prominent Government and Industry Veterans for Board of Advisers

RESTON, VA--(Marketwire - August 4, 2009) - Strategic Enterprise Solutions, Inc. The board will provide strategic guidance and expert oversight of SE Solutions' business development programs as the company expands its footprint in the government market.

--  Dr. Renny DiPentima, retired president and CEO of SRA International.
    Prior to joining SRA in 1995, Dr. DiPentima held several senior management
    positions in the U.S. federal government, most recently serving as deputy
    commissioner for systems at the Social Security Administration.
    
--  Lurita Doan, the first female presidential nominee confirmed by the
    Senate to serve as the General Services Administration's chief executive.
    Prior to taking the reins at GSA, Ms. Doan founded New Technology
    Management Inc. and led the company to No. 67 on the Forbes ASAP 500
    ranking.
    
--  Jim Flyzik, president of The Flyzik Group. Prior to co-founding The
    Flyzik Group, Mr. Flyzik served for more than 27 years in various federal
    government leadership positions, including senior advisor to Governor Ridge
    in the White House Office of Homeland Security; vice chair of the Federal
    CIO Council; deputy assistant secretary and CIO for the Department of the
    Treasury; and in key IT management positions with the U.S. Secret Service.
    
--  Dr. Linwood H. Rose, president of James Madison University. Dr. Rose
    is only the fifth president in the university's more than 100-year history.
    Dr. Rose led the University to national prominence and has also represented
    JMU and Virginia in a variety of important roles on national, regional and
    state commissions, committees and advisory boards.
    
--  Mike Thomas, president of Lockheed Martin's Global Security Solutions
    Group, where he leads 8,000 engineers in providing cutting-edge information
    for national security. Mr. Thomas is a founding member of and serves on the
    board of directors for the Intelligence and National Security Alliance and
    also sits on the board of directors for the U.S. Geospatial Intelligence
    Foundation.
    
--  Donald W. Upson, principal partner at ICG Government, a government
    technology and management consultancy that assists companies in navigating
    the government technology market. Prior to founding ICG, Mr. Upson served
    as Virginia's first secretary of technology, an office that combined the
    state's chief information officer function with broader responsibilities of
    economic development, research and development and law and policy regarding
    electronic government, Internet, electronic information access and related
    issues.
    
--  Teddy Vagias, founder and CEO of Mason Harriman Group, which
    specializes in providing strategic, tactical and interim executive needs
    for public and private sector organizations.
