SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - July 14, 2016) - Seacoast Capital ("Seacoast") announced today that it has successfully recapitalized The Sun Valley Group ("Sun Valley"), the leading producer of cut flowers.

With this capitalization, Sun Valley intends to continue its growth and strengthen the company's leadership position by expanding production.
