Seacoast Commerce Banc Holdings Announces Quarterly Dividend

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - May 18, 2016) - Seacoast Commerce Banc Holdings (OTC PINK: SCBH) ("Company"), the parent company of Seacoast Commerce Bank ("Bank"), announced today that the Board of Directors has declared the Company's first regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per common share. The cash dividend is payable on or about June 10th, 2016, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 2nd, 2016.
