FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - Dec 12, 2012) - As a result of the $5.00 per share Special Dividend SEACOR Holdings Inc.'s (NYSE: CKH) ("SEACOR") Board of Directors declared on December 7, 2012, payable to holders of its common stock, SEACOR will adjust the conversion rate applicable to its 2.50% convertible senior notes due 2027 (the "notes"). Notice of the adjustment to the conversion rate will be sent to holders of the notes shortly after the ex-dividend date for the Special Dividend and SEACOR will issue a press release with the new conversion rate shortly after the ex-dividend date for the Special Dividend.
